Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Is that a photo of my actual order, or just a Stock photo? The recipients said it was beautiful and they were thrilled, so I'm happy about that. But it might have been nice if you emailed me photo of the acutal arrangement they received. The reason I say this is last year I sent someone an arrangement from a different florist - NOT YOU - and when the recipient sent me a photo, I was disappointed. It did not look nearly as good as the Stock photo. (It was a florist in Pasadena - not you) I know I could ask the recipient to send me a photo, but that's sometimes awkward, especially since this was a Sympathy arragement. I was pleased it was delivered on time and my pesronal message was accurately conveyed. The rest is just a thought.
